1 Permanent members who gained this status prior to March 4, 2020 will retain their status. There will be No new permanent membership as of March 4, 2020.
2 All new members must have their application for membership by an AST member of good standing. New members can enjoy the renewal rates listed above when they apply for membership and register for CAST at the same time.
3 Associate and Trainee members may opt to apply for membership for 2 years by paying twice the membership dues listed above.
4 Trainee member needs to submit proof of trainee status when applying for renewal of trainee membership.
